Simplicity 1079 Pattern Review

S1079I have been in the need for a good place to keep my crocheting supplies for a while.  My search for the perfect pattern took me to the internet where I found none that I actually liked.  Then I got the brilliant idea to look through all the Big 4 patterns I have in my craft room and I stumbled upon this one.  Initially I was drawn to the crochet bag (view B), until I realized that view E was intended for crochet supplies.  I did not necessarily need the bag because I already own a yarn drum that I use and love. And with that, I whipped up my crochet hook case. Enjoy the following review and pictures!

Pattern Description:
Knitting and Crochet Storage Accessories
Pattern Sizing:
one size fits all
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
yes
Were the instructions easy to follow?
yes
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
There was nothing I disliked. I like that there are different options for the removable pouches.
Fabric Used:
cotton
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I think the only thing I would change if I were the person making the pattern would be to enclose the back of the removable pouches. But that’s not a big deal, just personal preference.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Yes I would. Of course it would have to be for someone else because I only need one crochet case.
Conclusion:
This pattern was easy to follow. These are perfect gifts for the crocheter in your life. Or for yourself!
